In Home Aged Care Services Employee

Reporting to the Rostering Coordinator and Chief Nursing Officer, the Care Services Employee (CSE) provides high-quality, compassionate care to aged care clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and independence. You will deliver care tasks to deliver holistic personal care that meets the needs and preference of our Clients. You will ensure compliance with all OSAN Ability policies and procedures to ensure clinical and personal care are delivered according to the r Clients Care Plan. You will live the OSAN Ability motto of “_Quality Care with Compassion_” and live by the company values. **Key Responsibilities**: **To deliver personal care to Participants and/or Clients, in a safe and effective manner that meets their needs and preferences and maximised their health and wellbeing.** - Deliver personal care, including assistance with hygiene, mobility, meals, and medication (if accredited). - Support clients with daily activities, advocacy, and community engagement. - Follow care plans and ensure compliance with OSAN Ability policies and procedures. - Maintain accurate documentation and report incidents or concerns. - Foster a respectful and professional environment for clients and their families. **Requirements**: - Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care). - Experience in aged care, disability, or community support. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Driver’s license and insured vehicle - Fluent and literate in English. - First Aid/CPR Certificate - Police Check **Personal Abilities and Attributes** - A kind and compassionate nature with ability to, at all times, deal with sensitive and difficult issues in a professional, respectful and caring manner. - Good interpersonal and communication skills and a responsible approach to work procedures. - Ability to work under limited supervision, follow procedures and complete set task to an appropriate quality standard. - Time management skills. - Good communication skills.
