**The role**:
As part of the Centre Leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre.
- Being accountable for all aspects of the business, including a budget, wages, rostering, occupancy, debt management etc.
- Recruit, motivate and inspire a team of passionate educators to best practice
- Build trusting and supportive relationships with the families and children of our community
- Oversee and guide the highest quality of curriculum and practice
- Build and engage with local communities, creating strong ties and relationships with the community and surrounding networks
- Ensure all policies and procedures are in practice across the Centre
- Guide and support the development of the Quality Improvement Plan
- Understand and interpret the relevant industry regulations and legislation, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework

**You’ll need**:

- A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
- Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and current Working with Children check.
- Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $42.00 - $45.00 per hour
