As a Maintenance Fitter, you're responsible for mechanical maintenance across our production lines. You'll maintain all machinery to the prescribed level of safety and efficiency and use your problem-solving skills to confidently fault-find and repair breakdowns.

You will also support key Maintenance & Engineering initiatives such as new line setups and continuous improvement programs.

This role will see you work a 38-hour week, predominantly on day shift, but the ability to be flexible for afternoon/nights will be preferred.

What you’ll bring

Your ability to flex between BAU, breakdowns, and project work, as well as your problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, will be highly valued, along with:

- Level 4 Trade certificate in Fitting and Turning is **mandatory**:

- Welding experience (advantagoues but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in machine tool operation, i.e., lathe, mills, surface grinding
- Computer literacy - knowledge of MEX/SAP is highly beneficial, or a similar system
- Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment such as FMCG or pharmaceutical
- Exceptional fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- A delivery mindset
- Restricted electrical license would be a huge bonus but not mandatory
- A strong team player
