**About your next Opportunity.**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our International Operations Section support team on a 6-month contract basis. As a Technical Writer, you will work closely with our technical team to create professional and accurate Safe Working Procedures (SWP) documentation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Convert existing procedures and technical documentation into a new format with 100% accuracy.
- Develop new procedures and technical documentation, ensuring comprehensive coverage from indoctrination to completion.
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for the intended audience.
- Establish a robust document control process for efficient execution and ongoing maintenance.
- Engage stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate their input effectively.
- Deliver technical reference documents in a clear and user-friendly manner

**What are we looking for**
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Proven experience in technical writing, with expertise in producing, reviewing, and editing technical documentation.
- Highly proficient in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
- Diligent approach to work, ensuring completion within agreed timeframes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferential: Hands-on technical background and/or mining experience.
- Preferential: Familiarity with engineering concepts would be an advantage.
- Tertiary degree (or similar) in Engineering (preferential).
