**The Appointment**
Our client is a market leading rail and technology organisation with the unique proposition of installing, delivering and commissioning their own products.

With exciting technology in hand CBTC, ETCS and rollingstock space, they have established themselves as an employer of choice in the rail industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Integration Manager to join an international team of high performers and be part of a game-changing turnkey project, that will revolutionize the way we move and connect.

**The Appointee**
This position is for a 2IC Manager with outstanding stakeholder engagement skills and a proven track record delivering complex and international projects in Systems Delivery, preferably within the rail industry.

Your knowledge of real-time system engineering, testing and integration activities, V&V, best practices and safety critical techniques are on demand, particularly delivering systems such as ETCS, ERTMS and CBTC.

In this role you will be assisting the Delivery Manager with Site Integration strategy and commercial issues and act as the primary liaison between the System Integration, Testing, and Operation teams.

You will lead the System Integration and Testing team during site testing activities. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.

**Some of the responsibilities**:

- Supervise the creation of site integration plans and schedules, ensuring their timely production.
- Manage the software baseline and configuration management for both lab and site activities.
- Coordinate and provide support for both internal and external audits related to site integration activities.
- You will act as a representative of the Delivery Manager during customer meetings when required.
- A key aspect of your role will be to ensure that all site integration activities are carried out with an unwavering focus on continuous improvement and strict adherence to high safety standards.
- You will take charge of coordinating and organizing site testing activities, including necessary collaboration with the Operation team, if required.
- An agile mindset, with the ability to make prompt decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Significant experience in testing at the system integration level, both in lab and site environments.
- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science with a background in Systems Engineering.
- Knowledge of V&V activities in compliance with CENELEC Stardard
- Experience in system engineering areas such as requirements management, scheduling, planning, system architecture, and testing.
