**About the role**:

- Proven experience in coordinating high-quality lifestyle activities, preferably in an aged care, disability support, or community setting
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and writing concise notes
- Ability to prepare and maintain activity areas, ensuring a safe environment for residents
- Possession of a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or willing to undertake study.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to support other members of the Lifestyle Team
- Proficiency in utilizing tablet technologies and clinical management software
- Strong passion and desire to work with the elderly population
