- Deliver stimulating and high-quality educational activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Develop a thorough understanding of each participant’s NDIS plan to ensure support strategies for communication, behaviour support, and medical management are effectively implemented.

- Induct new team members, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the needs and support strategies for assigned children before their first shift.
- Manage staff rosters in line with funding and ratio requirements to ensure adequate supervision and efficient daily operations.
- Assist the Specialist Area Manager in implementing performance management processes and identifying staff training needs.
**Compliance, Quality & Safety**
- Ensure the service operates in line with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission’s NDIS Practice Standards, the NDIS Code of Conduct, and all relevant legislation.
- Uphold the Child Safe Standards by embedding a culture of safety, respect, and accountability across all aspects of the program.
- Conduct regular risk assessments of the physical environment and activities, and ensure emergency drills are conducted and documented every three months.
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and ensure all program documentation is audit ready.
**Administration & Stakeholder Management**
- Oversee the end-to-end enrolment and booking process for all children, in collaboration with the NDIS Customer Support Team.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation, including case notes, progress reports, incident reports, and daily attendance records.
- Manage the program’s budget in line with organisational goals and funding requirements.
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with children, families, school staff, and allied health professionals, providing regular updates on children's progress.
**What You'll Need to Succeed**
- A minimum Diploma in Children’s Services or an equivalent qualification (A Bachelor's degree is preferred).
- Proven experience in an OSHC, early education, or special needs educational setting.
- A strong understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards, National Quality Framework, and relevant legislation.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- A collaborative, compassionate, and proactive mindset that aligns with TheirCare's values of being Caring, Open, and Engaged.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or a willingness to obtain them).
**Why TheirCare?**
