Here’s your chance to step into a role that’s brand new and ready for you to make your mark We’re looking for a **Procurement Systems & Data Analyst** to join our team and play a key role in ensuring data integrity, supporting procurement processes, and driving efficiencies across our supply chain.

**What you’ll do**:

- Maintain and manage SAP contract pricing and condition records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support Tasmanian Freight Equalisation Scheme (TFES) claims, including processing, documentation, and compliance reviews.
- Partner with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Support procurement activities by analysing root causes of pricing or process variances and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes and enhancing data accuracy.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Strong SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) experience - ideally with pricing, vendor, and contract maintenance.
- Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and support cross-functional teams.
- Procurement experience with a solid understanding of supplier contracts, invoices, and cost allocation.
- Demonstrated process improvement capability - you can spot inefficiencies and make systems work better.
- Root cause analysis skills - you know how to dig into data and resolve systemic issues.
- Familiarity with TFES claims processes is ideal but not a must
