**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience in MEDICAL reception/administration
- Experience with Best Practice software highly desirable
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- MUST BE flexible with work hours
- Ability to work both independently with initiative; and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Well presented
- Maintaining confidentiality in all dealings with patient information
- Strong customer service focus
- Confident and energetic
- Ability to build rapport with patients and doctors
- Great team working skills with the ability to self-direct
- Any other administrative duties as directed by Practice Manager

The Successful applicant would be required to start training immediately. No weekend loading. **PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE IN MEDICAL FIELD. YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE REJECTED STRAIGHT AWAY.**
