- **Knowledge of relevant NDIS legislation and regulations**:

- **A current drivers’ licence and comprehensively insured car**:

- **NDIS Accreditation**

Reporting to the **fabulous Senior NDIS Support Coordinator**, your responsibilities include:

- **Intake, onboarding and coordinating with new NDIS participants**:

- **Helping them identify and plan strategies** for achieving personal goals
- **Supporting clients by empowering them** through choice, resilience and social inclusion
- Maintaining accurate, clear and up-to-date case notes
- **Forming and sustaining effective working relationships** with allied health teams, support providers, carers, and families.
- **Promoting Huntington’s Disease awareness** in the NDIS, health sector, and broader community
