**About this opportunity**

The Program Support Officer position has been designed in response to increasing demand on the Wellways Carer Gateway Service Delivery program. You will provide administrative support to Counselling, In-Person Peer Support (IPPS), Facilitated Coaching and Community Engagement teams across the Carer Gateway Service.

You will work closely with operational staff to ensure that service delivery and promotion is planned and delivered efficiently and effectively, increasing the capability of teams to focus on core service delivery. Additionally, you will work collaboratively to manage service demand, ensure a timely and targeted service response, as well as contributing to the ongoing development of systems and processes which maximise the teams' capability to deliver Carer Gateway services in community.

Using your amazing organisational skills and attention to detail, your responsibilities will include:

- The management of inbound referrals from the Contact Centre;
- Coordinating events and communication pieces to a variety of audiences;
- Maintaining databases and spreadsheets of confidential data;
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner;
- Support the development, implementation and maintenance of administrative systems and processes.

**To be successful in this role, you will possess the following**
- Administration qualification, tertiary qualification in social science or a related discipline and/or relevant equivalent experience
- Satisfactory Police Check (no older than 12 months)
- Working with Children Check, prior to commencement
- Evidence of working rights within Australia such as a passport, birth certificate or VISA
- NDIS Orientation Module
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
