**The Business**

Currently in search of an established Warehouse Supervisor for one of Australia’s largest DC networks. The flagship site will be cutting edge technology. The business has invested significantly in recent years and can boast one of the most advanced sites with major future career progression. The organisation is located near Springfield 4300.

The role will be reporting into the shift manager, where you will manage about 20 people on a daily basis. You will be on the floor working with the team and be very active clocking up a lot of steps. There are a number of positions available Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday shift with other shifts available aswell.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of experienced pick packers by setting performance and getting them to meet expectations
- Manage the work orders and highlighting key priorities
- Investigate, analyse, and implement preventative actions for quality and safety incidents or near misses
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure appropriate stock is available

**About you**
- Prior experience in a team leader position within a DC, Warehouse or within Food manufacturing will be highly desired
- Strong leadership capability with experience leading a team pickpackers or store personnel
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with a variety of stakeholders
- Computer skills desirable
