**ABOUT YOU**

Your focus on empowering others and supporting them to live their best life makes a lasting impression, for your clients, and their families.

You will also have the following:

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / HACC / Disability / Individual Support
- Previous work experience in Aged Care, Disability, Home & Community Care, Nursing OR lived experience caring for a friend or loved one
- Experience with high care clients and dementia ideally within residential or community aged setting
- Current First Aid Certificate & CPR certificates
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or the willingness to obtain
- As these shifts are based around the Mornington Peninsula you must be willing to travel across the region
- **A current driver’s licence and a reliable roadworthy vehicle is a MUST**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

You will have a great opportunity to add significant value to a client’s life by supporting with duties including Personal Care, Domestic Support & Socialisation and Companionship. Your role will involve:

- **Personal care**: showering, grooming, dressing, toileting, hygiene.
- **Housework**: cleaning, laundry, meals, shopping, pet care, paying bills.
- **Socialisation**: escorting for appointments and other activities as required.
- **Transport shifts**: you would need to have a current driver’s licence, a reliable roadworthy vehicle and full comprehensive car insurance.

**Shifts available across Cranbourne, Narre Warren, Frankston, Mornington, Dromana, Rye, Sorrento.**
