Educational Leader has an influential and important role in inspiring, motivating and also challenging or extending the practice of educators. The role is a collaborative one, involving inquiry and reflection, which can significantly impact on the important work educators do with the children and their families.

**About the Bridgeman Downs Campus**

Owned and operated by Only About Children, Little Village Early Learning - Bridgeman Downs is located 20 minutes north of Brisbane at 207 Ridley Road, Bridgeman Downs. Being our largest campus, currently caring for 166 children, allows our educators plenty of opportunity to progress within our organisation and have exciting experiences across different aged, based rooms. One of our beautiful campuses, this early learning centre has 166 spaces, 10 rooms, and plenty of on-site parking.
