**About the Bridgeman Downs Campus**

Owned and operated by Only About Children, Little Village Early Learning - Bridgeman Downs is located 20 minutes north of Brisbane at 207 Ridley Road, Bridgeman Downs. Being our largest campus, currently caring for 166 children, allows our educators plenty of opportunity to progress within our organisation and have exciting experiences across 10 different aged, based rooms. This also allows our teams to create a unique early learning environment while protecting a nature reserve for wildlife, flora and fauna.

**Our Role**

The role is designed to be above ratio requirements adding to the team’s ability to give immediate coaching and mentorship to team members in the delivery of their program.

As a vital part of the leadership team, you will work collaboratively with other leaders to achieve exceptional learning outcomes for children and educators

**What you will bring**
- A thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines (QKLG)
- Diploma in early childhood education or higher
- Current Blue Card, Senior First Aid Certificate, CPR, Food Handling Certificate, Child Protection (or be willing to obtain)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with families, children and team
- Prior experience with mentoring Educators
- Experience in delivering a high-quality program and practice
- In-depth understanding and experience documenting children's individual learning
- Experience with Xplor an advantage
- An interest in Bush Kindy and nature-play an advantage
