**Job Title**: Female Support Worker

**Location**: St Albans

**Job Type**: Casual

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality care and support to children with autism and other special needs.
- Administer PEG feeding and manage feeding schedules.
- Monitor and manage seizures, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children.
- Assist with daily activities, including personal care, educational activities, and recreational outings.
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any incidents that occur.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with younger children.
- Experience in PEG feeding, autism care, and seizure management.
- Relevant certifications or training in disability support or healthcare.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
