**The Position**:
Wilson Security is seeking a motivated and professional Corporate Concierge Security Officer.

**Location**: Collins Street CBD

**Hours**: Monday - Friday 10:00-18:00 -Excluding public holidays

**Pay**: Level 4

**Control room licence required and must be willing to undergo a national police check**

**The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to**:

- Delivering a 5-star customer service experience
- Greeting guests, visitors and other stakeholders
- Assisting with lift access
- General security duties
- Ensuring that the building is secure at all times
- Foot patrols/responding to alarms
- Monitor & Authorise Entrance to Visitors & Contractors
- Manage Keys and Security Passes, inc Card programming, issuing
- Internal Security Escorts, as required
- Internal Patrols to review/report, security/safety hazards and confirm doors are secured

**Qualification & Licenses**:

- Current Victorian Security Licence
- Control room on security license**:

- Current drivers license and vehicle
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Full, unlimited Right-To-Work in Australia
- Previous experience in a concierge role will be highly regarded
- Professional presentation
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be physically fit and able to stand/walk for long periods
