**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We have an amazing opportunity for a highly passionate Planning Manager to join the Cotton On Womenswear team. As the Planning Manager you will oversee a team of experienced Planners, Assistant Planners and Analysts and support them in their continued growth and development in their roles.
As part of the Cotton On planning leadership team, you will liaise across our entire Cotton On business to drive global commercial outcomes for the Womenswear brand. This role not only is integral to planning but also works in partnership with the Heads of Buying to make strategic product decisions to create a holistic experience for our customers.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- An understanding and experience working on the full Planning process
- Demonstrated experience sitting on a wider leadership team that strategically drives business decisions
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make high-impact decisions
- Self-motivated with great time management skills and high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and coach a team to achieve results
