Job Description

**Your Opportunity to Join Our Team**

We’re seeking **Forklift Operators** to join the **Dispatch area** of our **Primary Processing Plant**. In this **casual role**, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods in and out of our facility. This casual position offers full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with shifts starting at 3:30 AM and finishing at 11:51 AM.

**Daily Tasks**
- Safely operate forklifts to load and unload goods
- Pick, pack, and wrap orders to meet customer and quality requirements
- Verify and process outgoing orders and incoming materials accurately
- Perform quality checks to ensure standards are consistently met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dispatch area
- Collaborate with your team to meet deadlines and ensure efficient workflows
- Identify and escalate safety, quality, and operational concerns as needed

**You Will Bring to This Role**
- A current and valid **forklift license** (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
- Physical fitness to handle manual tasks, including lifting **5-15kg loads**:

- A proactive and reliable approach to work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
