Help Along Pty Ltd is seeking dedicated and experienced Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred support to NDIS participants across various suburbs in Brisbane North

We are looking for someone who has experience as a Support Worker and is available on a casual basis, leading to a permanent part-time role, to provide ongoing support to our NDIS participants.

The duties of the position may include anything from providing domestic assistance, personal care to assisting clients in accessing the community. Ideally, you should have previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities or mental health issues and possess strong communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.

To be eligible for this role, you must hold following qualification and experience in the NDIS industry.
- Certificate III or above in Disability or a related field
- Police check
- Working with Children Check Card (Known as BLUE Card)
- NDIS Clearance Certificate or Yellow Card
- Certificate of NDIS Orientation Module
- Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate (fully vaccinated)
- Current Queensland driver's license
- Comprehensive car insurance.

Supplemental pay types:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (required)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check Card (required)
