**Key responsibilities**

As an empowering and visionary **Regional Manager** your indicative responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Ensure service delivery meets quality standards, contract requirements, and client needs.
- Foster strong partnerships with clients, families, and key stakeholders.
- Support team development through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Represent genU in external forums, advocating for clients and promoting our values.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in disability or related field or a minimum Certificate IV in Disability with substantial experience;
- Current Australian Driver’s License;
- NDIS Working Screening & Working with Childrens Check;

**Desirable**
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards;
- Demonstrated ability to lead and support teams;
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills;
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
