
Architectural Technician

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and develop detailed architectural drawings and documentation using Revit.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in design development, construction documentation, and as-built drawings.
- Review and update drawings based on design changes and client feedback.
- Support compliance with the NCC, Australian Standards, and DDA accessibility requirements.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to technical problem-solving.
- Manage and organise project documentation in accordance with office standards and BIM protocols.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality and deadline requirements.
**Skills & Experience**
- Qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related discipline.
- 3+ years’ experience in an architectural or design practice.
- Proficiency in Revit (essential) and other Autodesk software.
- Strong understanding of building construction methods and detailing.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local planning, building codes, and accessibility standards.
