Warehouse Manager

Timstock Trading House is a family owned Australian supplier of Bakery Ingredients to the baking industry across Victoria.

Located in Dingley we have a modern large warehouse facility that feeds 8 trucks daily to supply ambient, cold and frozen products into Victorian Bakeries statewide.

We are currently seeking to add to our management team a newly created position of Warehouse Manager.

The ideal applicant would have experience in warehouse management, people management of a team of up to 15 people, a knowledge and working efficiencies of WHM programs and RF scanners. Over see and facilitation of delivery drivers, delivery runs and efficient delivering practices and vehicle maintenance and upkeep.

Inter departmental working experience and understanding is pivotal given the businesses close working relationship with all from sales to delivery of goods.

The business operates a warehouse order picking team of 7 with a supervisor and operate from 1pm Sunday to Thursday. A receival team of 2 starting from 6am Monday to Friday and replenishment and stocking roles throughout the day. A shop outlet is also located off the warehouse for public sales.

The role of warehouse Manager would operate from 10-11am Monday to Friday with other times or days as required.

An attractive salary, immediate start and full time employment is on offer and the successful person would be a crucial part within the management team of 5 and play a crucial role in budgeting and profit achievements whilst directly controlling KPI's for the warehouse operation, delivery vehicles and stock control and inventory managements.

Initial interview would be via video call for successful applicants with another 2 stage interview process in person
