**Job description**

We require technicians to carry out quality service repairs for our customers at their residences to fault find, service, repair and replace a wide variety of home appliances or white goods.

Appliances include, but are not limited to, ovens, cooktops, range hoods, dishwashers, air conditioners, water heaters, washing machines, and dryers.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Carrying out quality field service repairs at the customer’s premises
- Taking sufficient photos and videos before and after service.
- Proficiency in using the company’s system for service order management.
- Maintain clear communication with the company and provide timely updates on work progress and outcomes.
- Ensure all appliance, repair information and parts usage is documented
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Management and resolution of customer concerns
- Previous appliance or white goods repair experience
- Strong time management skills
- Great technical knowledge
- Good written and verbal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong team and work ethic
- Current and valid full Australian driver’s licence
- Ability to push and pull varying weights

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
