My Mates Outdoors is a one stop shop at Melton focused on providing quality products and customer service to our customers who enjoy fishing, shooting, camping and all things outdoors. We are currently recruiting for a new member to join our admin team with the ability to assist with sales when required. We are looking for people who love the outdoors as much as we do. We want our Mates to feel confident that when they enter our store they are getting good, old-fashioned customer service no matter what their budget.

**Firearms Admin/Sales Assistant**

Do you have an eye for detail? No ifs, buts, maybes or cutting corners allowed We are looking for someone who can maintain our Firearms Register, Forms and Point of Sale system. There is no margin for error as the reporting requirements are legislated and we need your care and attention for every entry, every time.

In addition to your eye for detail we are looking for someone who
- Can demonstrate exceptional customer service, both face to face and on the phone;
- Has a current Victorian Firearms Licence;
- Has a current Victorian Drivers Licence;
- Can conduct regular stock takes (and audits when required);
- Maintains a high standard of showroom presentation;
- Has a good knowledge of firearms, components and shooting disciplines;
- Can pick, pack and ship our orders;
- Is available to work Monday - Friday;
- Has the ability to enter stock and process sales on our POS system, update details of firearms on our own and external websites;
- Has the ability to receipt, replenish, display our amazing products as well as maintain our customer database;
- Has the ability to keep up to date with our current and new products to our range (across shooting, fishing and camping);
- Can work both independently or as part of a team.

Previous experience in data entry or retail is preferred.

This is a part time/casual position and would suit someone looking for employment within school hours.

Pay: $50,097.40 - $75,628.43 per year
