Hills Family Dental Centre in Kalamunda is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Clinic Manager to join our team. Since welcoming new owners in 2020, we've been on an exciting journey of expansion and modernisation. If you're passionate about leading a team, improving patient experiences, and being part of a growing clinic, we'd love to hear from you

**Who you are**:

- You will require experience in the dental industry, ideally a management position.
- Be a Dental4Windows expert.
- Strong people and communication skills.
- Fun and enthusiastic who brings a great vibe to the workplace.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Leading the crew: You’ll inspire and support our dental team. Teamwork makes the dream work You will be responsible for staff rostering using the program “Deputy”, onboarding and training of new staff members, performance reviews and staff meetings.
- Front Office Operations: You will oversee the running of a smooth booking system. Implement new policies and procedures to work smarter, not harder. Help modernise and keep the practice up to date.
- Finances: You will help keep us financially strong and identify opportunities for growth. You will be responsible for staff payroll, paying invoices on time and stock ordering within a monthly budget. (Training will be provided)
- Marketing: You don’t have to be a marketing guru, we have a great marketing team to help us with that. You’ll just have to communicate and have a close relationship with them to help the fun ideas come to life :D
