We are passionate about serving customers the best bread and pastries in Melbourne. They’re made daily by our dedicated bakers and sold from our local cafes and stores through committed retail teams. We are growing and it’s a really exciting time to come on board.
We are looking for a customer service team member at either our Toorak or Malvern café. The customer service team help Woodfrog by delivering superior customer service with a clear focus on relationship based cross-selling and upselling. You will be a strong team player to work as part of a high performing retail team. You are right for this role if you are someone who gets great customer feedback, can build customer loyalty and if you can showcase your enthusiasm, especially when talking about our great products.
**Requirements**:
**We are looking for someone who has**:

- Exceptional customer-focus to build relationships quickly, deliver high levels of service and personalise the experience to each customer
- Strong team orientation and can work with a range of different people
- Results focus and likes working towards achieving goals in a fast-paced environment that requires you to multitask.
- Adaptable to change - Woodfrog is a dynamic growing company. As such change is a constant and you will need to be open to new ways of doing things.
- Initiative and work independently and autonomously to a high standard without being told what to do
- Knows what it is like to work in a fast-paced retail and hospitality environment (or similar)
- Experience delivering great customer service, ideally face-to-face

**The Front of House role at Toorak or Malvern requires **someone who can work 15-25 hours a week.**
