Technical Support Specialist

**Your new role**
- Providing technical support to technicians and customers to resolve repair issues
- Communicate service bulletins to the service network
- Providing backup to the technical support team while other service members are on leave
- Liaising with the support team to resolve technical or quality issues
- Supporting the service manager

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Prior experience in technical support and customer service
- Experience within audiovisual systems and headphones
- Great telephone manner
- Understanding and experience of computer technology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills both with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to read and understand technical information e.g. electronic circuits and system block diagrams
