**Our Waterford West Centre**
Edge Early Learning Waterford West provides childcare care and kindergarten tailored to children aged 6 weeks to school age with the convenience of long daycare hours. The newly renovated long daycare centre features modern learning spaces filled with state-of-the-art resources and spacious outdoor play areas designed to encourage physical activity and exploration of our natural environment.

**Are you our next Edge Lead Educator?**
As an Lead Educator, you will:

- Lead a team of Educators within a room, whilst focusing on individual development and mentoring in the education, care and supervision of each child.
- An ability to work collaboratively with fellow Educators to develop and implement inspirational educational programs.
- Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating interactive learning environment.
- Nurture and develop our team members so they confidently contribute to our children’s learning.
- Develop trusting and honest relationships with children, families, colleagues, management and community stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS are met or exceeded.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID004) Certificate
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
- Prior experience as a Lead Educator is required
