- Maxima has been engaged to source a Security Operator to work at Mascot (SYD).

**About the Role**

Day to day operational activities include:

- General office administration - with a key focus on attention - verify that data entry is always accurate.
- Coordination and follow up of Faults on the maintenance schedule
- Compliance with the Group Cyber and Privacy policies
- Ensure all lost and stolen cards are managed as per the regulations and ID Security internal procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to staff and contractors

**About You**

You possess the following attributes:

- A high level of professionalism
- A strong customer focus with the ability to build constructive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across multiple IT systems
- Able to work unsupervised to achieve optimal outcomes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
