**What you’ll do**:
In addition to being confident, capable and fun to work with, as part of an SME you need to be someone who embraces challenge and variety. The Field Specialist role will be responsible for all on-site operations and maintenance of fielded systems, ensuring that the fleet of RAIDER Targetry technology provides the highest level of availability and outcomes for end users. Your key objectives include:

- Onsite operating of RAIDER Targetry systems, working with stakeholders to assess and locate suitable operating sites, setup / run / repair / reconstitute targetry.
- Deliver onsite technical support including educating end users on the art of what is possible using our advanced, 21st century systems.
- Manage and record entries for configuration management.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Carry out light level corrective maintenance.
- Manage software maintenance.
- Perform stock take of onsite support supplies.
- Training delivery

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- Technical Qualification in electrical, electronics, engineering or similar fields.
- Valid Manual Driver’s license
- Certificate 4 in training and assessment (desirable)
- Defence experience (desirable)

**Additional requirements**:

- Ability to meet Defence Security Clearance requirements.
- This role requires physical manual handling and operation of mechanical systems in workshop and field environments.
