HMPS Propac is seeking a dedicated and mechanically minded Trade Assistant to become an essential part of our Workshop team in the Propac department. This is a fantastic full-time, permanent opportunity for someone passionate about hands-on work in a dynamic, innovative environment.
**Description**:
As a Trade Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of our workshop.
**In this role, you will**:

- Support tradespeople with various tasks essential to machine manufacture and assembly.
- Keep tools organized and ready for use, ensuring smooth operations.
- Operate machinery and power tools safely, following all procedures and guidelines.
- Prepare materials by cutting, measuring, or moving items as directed by the team, including safe forklift operation.
- Promote a safe, efficient workspace by consistently following health and safety protocols.
- Contribute to additional workshop tasks as needed, assisting your team in every way possible.
