**Ventia** are currently seeking an experienced **Crew Coordinator** to join the administration team in our Perth office.

This position is responsible for coordinating training, travel and site access for FIFO field personnel and facilitating effective resourcing of crews based on operational and client requirements.

**Key focus areas**:

- Manage the crew rosters in consultation with the operations team
- Facilitate mine site access for allocated personnel, ensuring that all client requirements are met
- Coordinate the efficient and cost effective booking of travel, accommodation and car hire for personnel utilising the corporate travel provider and in line with the Travel Policy
- Coordinate medical and training bookings for staff
- Maintain up to date records including training, medical and personnel contact details
- Assist with the onboarding process for new starters
- Provide administration support to the Operations team
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers (both external and internal) and suppliers

**Desirable Experience**
- Sound experience in a similar role with exposure to FIFO rosters
- Knowledge of mine site access requirements
- Good computer literacy in MS Office - Word and Excel
- Previous exposure to drilling, mining or heavy industrial environments
- Previous experience using Enable, Workflow, INX and SAP

We are looking for a friendly and down to earth individual with strong interpersonal skills, initiative and drive, high attention to detail, good organisational ability, time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

This position is full time, and may also require some after hours availability in case of emergency travel coordination requirements.

Applicants must have a current motor vehicle licence, and be able to pass medical and drug and alcohol tests.
