**About the Role**
Reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance, you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting and benchmarking, delivering in-depth analysis and commercial insights on the performance of the IT function, as well as preparation of financial models to support strategic planning & business case development. You will also be responsible for investment tracking and prioritisation to ensure alignment to group strategic roadmap and identifying and driving process improvement and cost efficiencies. The duties of your role will include but not be limited to the following.

**Duties**
- Ownership of the planning process across group functions, including three-year
- Management of monthly/quarterly forecast process for all IT functions
- Provide financial leadership and guidance across IT functions including accuracy in forecasting / budgeting, input into business case development and other ad-hoc analysis when required
- Complete monthly reporting and variance analysis of all IT functions
- Completion of monthly investment reporting and tracking against plan with IT
- Actively identifying and driving cost efficiencies across all IT functions
- Development and implementation of reporting mechanisms to support IT functions
- Drive process improvement
- Management of IT costs tracking
- Manage one direct report - Finance Analyst
- Ad hoc analysis and reporting if required

**Skills and Experience**
You are CA/ CPA qualified, have at least 5 years experience in a large complex commercial organisation, with experience engaging extensively outside of finance with operational stakeholders, ideally in a FMCG, Retail or supply chain business. Your interpersonal and communication skills are first class, allowing you to gain the confidence of and develop strong professional relationships with those both above and below you. High level Excel skills are essential to your success in this role, and previous experience with large projects or partnering with IT is highly desirable.
