Right now, we are looking for a friendly, customer service based Gaming Machine Attendants on a Part Time basis. **_ So, what does the role look like?_** Think flashing lights, a whir of spinning reels accompanied by loud beeps and chimes As you can imagine this isn't your typical workplace Our amazing Attendants are based on the main gaming floor within the casino set amongst all the action and they ensure our Gaming Machine customers have the best experience each time they come to visit You'll spend your day roaming the area making sure everyone is happy and having fun. You'll assist customers by hosting, accurately completing all transactions, minor machine repairs (which you'll be fully trained on) and maintaining a clean environment fit for royalty. You'll be walking a fair bit during your shift (usually anywhere between 5-8km) so this role isn't for the faint-hearted but if you love the thought of working up your step count whilst at work - look no further **_ What you will look like?_** First and foremost, you'll be passionate about customer service and will understand the importance of managing sensitive and confidential information. You'll be a natural at anticipating customer needs, managing problems with ease, and providing quality service with flair. You'll be a confident communicator and will have an outgoing, friendly, and positive nature. You'll have an eye for detail, and a mature attitude -knowing when to use your own judgement and when to escalate. As the role is based within the Casino, you'll need to be at least 18 years of age.
