About the Role

Working as one of our dedicated Personal Care Workers, you’ll be responsible for supporting our residents with everyday living tasks. We work with our residents to maximise independence as much as possible and you will play an important part role in this What do you matters and makes a huge difference in the lives of the people we support.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide high standard of services that support and assist residents to achieve maximum independence
- Meet daily living and personal requirements in accordance with the care plan and individual preferences
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with all Kalyra team members, residents and their families
- Attend Kalyra training to keep your education and knowledge up to date with current requirements and processes
- Complete administrative tasks such as progress notes and data entry

**Skills & Experience**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Experience working in a Residential Aged Care home either paid work or placement hours
- Confidence in documenting effectively
- Availability of 3 days a week or more
- 3 x covid vaccinations + annual influenza vaccination
