**The Role**:
Join ASAP Roadworthys as a **Customer Service Representative**. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our business, handling a diverse range of responsibilities, from converting inbound leads to supporting our operations team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inbound Sales**: Engage with potential customers, qualify leads, and secure bookings for our services.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong relationships with clients.
- **Operational Support**: Assist our operations team with various tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

**Essential Qualifications & Qualities**:

- Proven experience in customer service & sales roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including CRM software.
- Ability to quickly learn new tasks and adjust to changing priorities.
- Proactive in identifying solutions and taking initiative.

Please be available for a phone call between 8am & 4pm Monday - Friday.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
