**About the Role**
In this role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative tasks while managing appointment scheduling. Your role will involve:
✔ Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients and team members
✔ Managing office records, data entry, and general administrative tasks
✔ Assisting with customer inquiries and providing excellent service
✔ Supporting the team with other office duties as required
**What We’re Looking For**
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent phone manner and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems (or willingness to learn)
A proactive and positive attitude
