Principal Treasury Analyst

**As part of your role, you will be required to**:
- support the Director to lead and manage the team to provide advice, information and support to clients and senior executives on a broad range of complex policy, financial management and economic performance issues
- exercise judgment, authority and influence to effectively coordinate the management of client requirements and team priorities
- provide strategic advice on risk identification and assessment and in the evaluation of best practice strategies
- manage positive relationships with clients and stakeholders on difficult and complex issues
- represent Treasury on State/Federal committees and interdepartmental working groups and assist the Director and/or Assistant Under Treasurer in oral briefings for ministerial offices
- prepare and guide the delivery of highly complex reports, submissions, briefing notes, commentary, publications and correspondence often within tight timeframes.
