**Retail Sales Assistant - Myer CBD Store**

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate sales assistant at our Belle & Bloom Myer store in Sydney CBD to work **Thursdays to Sundays approximately 20-30 hours per week**. Specifically, you are driven, goal-orientated and passionate about fashion. In addition, energy and excellent service that continually provides our customers with the best shopping experience is essential.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- At least 2 years’ experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitasking in a busy retail environment
- Passionate about fashion and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should enjoy interacting with customers and providing exceptional service.
- Maintain the visual standards of the store and represent the image of the brand
- Assist with the processing of stock deliveries and shop floor replenishment
- Flair for merchandising and attention to detail
- Flexible availability to work throughout the week and weekends

Key responsibilities:

- Achieving sales budgets and KPI targets
- Maintaining store presentation standards
