Experienced Level 2 Technical Support Officer required for organisation based in Lake Macquarie.

**Your new company**
Hays Technology are currently working with a Leading Retail and Trades Supplier who have their National Office based in Newcastle. They are seeking an experienced IT Support Officer to join their established team.

**Your new role**
As the IT Support Officer you will be responsible for resolving a wide range of Level 1 and 2 Service Desk enquiries through the IT Support ticketing system. You may also be required to contribute to project support, user acceptance testing, equipment roll-out and updating documentation.

- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical abilities
- Proven ability to resolve hardware and software related issues
- High attention to detail
- Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications
