**About the role**:
As the Account Manager for The DuluxGroup - Powders, you are responsible to develop and profitably grow the customer base in a defined territory, by providing outstanding customer service in line with the Dulux Powders Sales Strategy. Operate within an industrial customer base with a focus on selling and adding value to your customer base.

**Responsibilities**
- Understand Powder customers in your territory, their current activities, who are high premium end users (existing or potential) whilst conversely understanding unprofitable areas
- Identify commercial projects in your area
- Identify and create sales opportunities
- Understand what our customer requires from a Powder supplier in service, product and sales support
- Have professional knowledge of the Dulux Powder Coating Range
- Be able to articulate the Powder Brand hierarchy
- Profile individual accounts and develop a business to business relationship
