**Job Summary**:We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Jewellery Sales Assistant to join our team in the jewellery boutique showroom. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through their jewellery purchasing journey, and ensuring they find the perfect pieces of joy that reflect their unique style and story.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Engage with customers warmly, understanding their needs, preferences, and budget to offer personalized jewellery solutions.

Showcase our diverse collection of engagement rings, wedding bands, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings, highlighting the beauty and significance of each piece.

Assist in custom design consultations, collaborating with customers to create one-of-a-kind jewellery pieces tailored to their desires.

Demonstrate expert knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, precious metals, and jewellery craftsmanship to educate customers and assist in their decision-making process.

Maintain an attractive and organized showroom display, ensuring a welcoming ambiance for customers.

Handle sales transactions and process orders accurately and efficiently.

Proactively follow up with potential clients and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers.

Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service.

Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of Renato Jewellers.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail or jewellery sales is preferred.
- A genuine passion for jewellery, gemstones, and diamonds.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Fashion-forward with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays (4-day workweek, 30 hours).
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory.
- English fluency is required.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $38,900.00 - $39,000.00 per year
