**Your new role**

Working as an Underwriting Development Manager you will be;
- Managing your own portfolio of brokers
- Attending events to grow and develop new business opportunities
- Handling complex Brokers queries across a range of issues to ensure acceptable outcomes
- Building good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to a high and professional standard
- Adhering to high quality assurance standards and making sure these are maintained

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will have;
- Experience within Commercial lines Underwriting or Business Development
- Competent knowledge of renewals process
- A strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
