**As the warranty administrator for our Mt Thorley location, you'll play a crucial role in managing and processing warranty claims for all our products in Australia. Under the guidance of the Service Manager and alongside a highly competent and encouraging team, you'll ensure compliance with warranty terms and conditions. Your meticulous attention to detail, proactive mindset, and solution-oriented approach will minimize the impact on our customers and business while driving factory recoveries. You'll work closely with our service teams and global factories to deliver exceptional service and support to our valued customers.
