**Lawn and Garden Maintenance, Team Leader**

About the role

**Key Focus Areas**
- All aspects of gardening, lawn care and grounds maintenance.
- Mowing up to 10-12 lawns per day
- We love a positive, can-do attitude

**Skills and experience**
- Background in property maintenance or garden maintenance, lawn and weed identification as well as extensive knowledge of relevant equipment operation. Team leader experience is highly desired.
- Supporting employees and leading a team
- Hold a current NSW police check or willing to obtain.
- Hold a current NDIS Check or willing to obtain.
- Be able to work in a team environment.
- Hold a current full driver licence.
- Must be confident in towing a trailer,
- Have communication skills as you will need to liaise with our clients when needed.
- Must be fully vaccinated plus Booster
