Contribute to budget management, financial reporting and procurement activities associated with building the Library’s collection.

The Library is seeking to fill the role of Program Manager, Acquisitions, Payments and Logistics (APS 6) in the Collect and Acquire Section of the Collection Branch on an ongoing basis.

This is a key role in providing strategic advice and specialist knowledge for the delivery of the functions that acquire, describe, manage, provide access to and care for Australia’s National Collection.

Knowledge and experience in financial management, including payment processes.

Experience in library acquisitions.

Experience in contract management and procurement.

Qualifications or equivalent experience in Arts, Humanities or Social Sciences or related fields.
