Technical/role specific - you have the ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, including a knowledge and understanding of the issues that impact on both cultures in contemporary society and an ability to recognise and articulate the interests of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, including a capacity to consult and negotiate according do Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander protocols.
