Your New Role- Provide exemplary social work service in the general medicine wards including assessment, intervention, and discharge planning.
- Utilise your skills and knowledge in relation to relevant community providers, communicating between patients and caregivers.
- Demonstrate excellent communication strategies with patients, relatives, staff, and relevant services in order to provide appropriate services and information.
- Enjoy the support and guidance of professional supervision, to further develop your skills and achieve your career goals.
About You- You have demonstrated hospital experience with a collaborative working style
- You have excellent communication skills and a passion for continued professional development for yourself and others.
- You are a qualified Social Worker, eligible for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers with at least 4 years’ experience.
- You value working with supportive and dedicated health professionals and multidisciplinary teams.
