**About the role**

The **Sales & Warehouse Operator (Gyprock)**role**is a** Full-time**position, based at **Launceston, TAS.** Reporting to **the Store Manager**you will **join our Gyprock Trade Centre**delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse.

In this role you will**:

- Responsible for providing a holistic customer service approach from taking enquiries to fulfilling orders across a range of products
- Support warehouse and distribution operations
- Assist in loading customer vehicles
- Schedule deliveries
- Ensure stock accuracy by undertaking daily inventory counts
- Contributes to achievement of store revenue and margin budgets.

Your hours are Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm.

- An eagerness to learn about products and services.
- Must have excellent customer service & communication skills.
- Must be confident and well-presented when dealing with customers.
- Experience working in a fast paced and busy environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- Forklift licence is desirable or willing to obtain one.
